Schedule of Fees
& Simplified Contract Terms

For Streamers & Broadcast Jockeys
as of 23/12/23

  1.  Contract is non-exclusive, no minimum term, with a 30-day cancelation notice.

  2.  Flat 3% agency fee on streaming revenue to offset currency transaction fees and bank wire charges.

  3.  Flat 5% merchandise fee on profits from items offered by and designed by the agency. Talent may use their designers or platforms and not incur this fee.

  4.  Brand sponsorships offered by the agency will be case by case as variables will be the size of  Talent's audience, following, and demographics. The industry average is 10-13% of profits.  sponsorships acquired without the aid of the agency will not incur any fee.

  5.  Talent must reimburse the Agency for any expenses pre-paid on their behalf. This includes but is not limited to travel, lodging, legal, streaming equipment, or merchandise inventory.

  6.  The agency does not own Talent's branding, platform, logos, image, or streaming channel.     Talent is an independent contractor, not an employee.

Competitive e-Sports
(individual or team)

  1.  Contract is exclusive, with a three (3) year minimum term. Contract buyout available.

  2.  Flat 10% Agency fee.

  3.  Flat 5% merchandise fee on profits from items. Merchandise is designed by The Agency and is owned by the Agency. The Agency has exclusive rights to the Talent's merchandising.

  4.  Brand sponsorships offered by the Agency will be case by case as variables will be the size of Talent's audience, following, and demographics. The industry average is 10-13% of profits.  sponsorships acquired without the aid of the Agency are not permitted

  5.  The Agency will cover the cost for most expenses on Commpetitve Talents behalf. This     includes but not limited to travel, lodging, legal, pc equipment, or merchandise inventory.

  6.  The Agency will own Talent's branding, platform, logos, image. The Talent is fully represented during contract term.

RECRUITMENT AWARENESS

All Talent has a right to rescind a contract within the first 3 business days after the contract's execution. Any engagement procured by the talent agency for the Talent during the first 3 business days of the contract remains commissionable to the Agency.
